Corporate Rental Program

This program aims to give transferred renters an opportunity to become acquainted with their destination city, allowing them to proceed with confidence in pursuing a rental.

A realtor will give the transferred renter a packet of information similar to the one given to homeowners. Through a map overview and a driving tour, the employee will be introduced to the area. The realtor will also explain the area's rental situation to the transferee, make appointments to show those rentals that are of interest to the employee and show as many rentals as possible in the remaining time period. The cost for this service varies from market to market and results are not guaranteed. Should the company want the realtor to continue working with the rental transferee, the service will continue with written authorization and the company will be billed accordingly.
